There is no doubt that they are struggling with this one, and there is no doubt that MS is big and clumsy, etc. etc., and there is no doubt that Tiger is "one of the best consumer OS's ever" (it is, after all, one of two consumer OSes and it is the most recent version of either), but there's solid tech in Vista.
